PEANUT BUTTER LOVERS COOKIE MIX

Ingredients:
- 400 g Cookie Mix (your favourite premix)
- 120 g Margarine
- 50 ml Water
- Peanut Butter Dots
- Crushed Peanuts
Method:
- Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
- Mix all ingredients with an electric mixer. *Add more water if mixture is too dry.
- Roll dough into balls & press down to shape a round cookie on a greased tray.
- Bake until golden brown.
- Allow to cool, drizzle with peanut butter & enjoy!
