MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE

Ingredients:

4 tbsp Self-raising flour
- 4 tbsp Caster sugar
- 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 1 Egg
- 3 tbsp Milk
- 3 tbsp Canola or sunflower oil
- ¼ tsp Vanilla essence
- 2 tbsp Chocolate chips or nuts (optional)
Method:

Add the self-raising flour, caster sugar, and cocoa powder to the Consol Glass Opal Mug.

Add the egg and mix together as well as possible - it’s alright if there’s still dry mix showing.

Add the milk, oil, and vanilla essence and mix until smooth. Optional: Add chocolate chips or nuts and mix again.

Place your Consol Glass Opal Mug in the middle of a microwave oven and cook on high for 1½ - 2 minutes, or until it has stopped rising and is firm to the touch.

ENJOY on its own or with a dollop of cream or ice cream.
