TIRAMISU-INSPIRED OVERNIGHT OATS

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 3 tsp chia seeds
  • 4 tbsp honey, divided
  • ½ tsp vanilla essence
  • 180 ml milk
  • ½ cup strong brewed coffee
  • 1 cup plain Greek yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
Method:
  1. Pop the oats, chia seeds, vanilla essence, tablespoons of @freshearth honey, milk, and coffee into a bowl. Mix well and then cover it with cling wrap and refrigerate overnight.

  2. In the morning in a separate bowl, combine the yoghurt, cocoa powder, and 2 tablespoons of honey. Mix well.

  3. Grab a Consol Glass Preserve Jar and start layering your tiramisu oats - first add a layer of oats then the yoghurt mixture, then the oats again before ending on a layer of yoghurt.

  4. Dust with cocoa if you like. Enjoy!
