TIRAMISU-INSPIRED OVERNIGHT OATS

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 3 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 4 tablespoon honey, divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 180ml milk
  • 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
  • 1 cup plain Greek yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder

Method:
  • Pop the oats, chia seeds, vanilla essence,tablespoons of @freshearth honey, milk, and coffee into a bowl.Mix well and then cover it with cling wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning in a separate bowl, combine the yoghurt, cocoa powder, and 2 tablespoons of honey. Mix well.
  • Grab a Consol Glass Preserve Jar and start layering your tiramisu oats - first add a layer of oats then the yoghurt mixture, then the oats again before ending on a layer of yoghurt.
  • Dust with cocoa if you like. Enjoy!
