TIRAMISU-INSPIRED OVERNIGHT OATS
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 3 tsp chia seeds
- 4 tbsp honey, divided
- ½ tsp vanilla essence
- 180 ml milk
- ½ cup strong brewed coffee
- 1 cup plain Greek yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder

Pop the oats, chia seeds, vanilla essence, tablespoons of @freshearth honey, milk, and coffee into a bowl. Mix well and then cover it with cling wrap and refrigerate overnight.

In the morning in a separate bowl, combine the yoghurt, cocoa powder, and 2 tablespoons of honey. Mix well.

Grab a Consol Glass Preserve Jar and start layering your tiramisu oats - first add a layer of oats then the yoghurt mixture, then the oats again before ending on a layer of yoghurt.

Dust with cocoa if you like. Enjoy!
