Packaging problem with the sugar bowl.

The set is very pretty, functional for larger gathering as the sugar bowl is large. Cream jar is lovely, sturdy. Received two sets and both times the sugar bowl was damaged. The sugar bowl is packed as a unit with the bowl, lid and spoon, shrink-wrapped. Divided with carton between the bowl and the jar, with a polystyrene square on top of the lid. First bowl was cracked two places on the side; second bowl was broken between the lid and the bowl. Both times the cream jar was undamaged.
